Latina/o Lawyers Association of Santa Barbara will celebrate Latino achievement in Law by Honoring Public Defender Raimundo Montes de Oca on September 17, 2011 at Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort with a special Sponsors reception featuring California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno (Ret.), keynote speaker of the event.
